Depression pt. I

Decided to start the next part to my series. (still working on Anxiety p.II)

But Anyways. This part focuses on the feeling of depression.. Some say depression makes you feel all alone. A quote by Robert Williams (A legend who will be remembered) states: "I used to think the worst thing in life was to end up all alone, it’s not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people that make you feel alone." Surrounded by so many people.. feeling like nobody notices you or even desires to make eye contact with you.. Depression makes you feel as though you are running down a dark hallway that never ends.. Or like you are just floating endlessly.. like your forever lost at sea with no belief or hope that you will be found.. Depression is just horrible.. and is one of thee worst mental illnesses around. Always sad and alone, always tired and drained. Always feeling like you want to die.. When help comes along we tend to push it away.. we don't want to, but we feel as though that it's for the best...  like we'd be a burden and say too much. Anyone with depression could Honestly write a whole book as a response to the typical question "What's wrong?" And sometimes we don't even have the energy to talk because we have so much to say.. This happens to be another illness that I suffer from. And after soo many years of this long mental war, things are finally beginning to look up.. slowly but surely. And to the others out there suffering from this dreadful illness as well, you have my support. Please keep fighting.. hope is there...
